My name is Sean Easton, Principal of Patrick Development. I was referred by a colleague to hire Root Management to help us close out the Residences development on Notre Dame Avenue and take over management of the HOA. I initially worked with Nicole Read, who did an excellent job with onboarding. As onboarding wrapped up, I had the usual concern that performance might taper off, as often happens, but in this case, the opposite occurred. The level of service met and exceeded my expectations for a management company. This is due entirely to the efficient and responsive work of Amber Coppler. She is a true professional in the property management field, responsive, detail-oriented, and results-driven. She simply gets the job done, which, to me, is what matters most.
